(bottles) and non-food items, film and sheet, strapping,
HDPE (#2) Bottles
for non- food items (shampoo, conditioner, liquid laundry
detergent, household cleaners, motor oil and anti-freeze.
Plastic lumber for outdoor decking, fencing and picnic
tables. Pipe, floor tiles buckets, crates, flower pots,
garden pots, film and recycling bins.
PVC (#3) Pipe, decking, fencing,
paneling, gutters, carpet backing, floor tiles and mats,
flooring, mud flaps, cassette trays, electrical boxes,
cables, traffic cones, garden hose, packaging, film
and sheet, loose-leaf binders.
LDPE (#4) Shipping envelopes, garbage
can liners, floor tile, paneling, furniture, film and
sheet, compost bins, trash cans, landscape timber, and
outdoor lumber.
PP (#5) Automobile applications such
as battery cases, signal lights, battery cables, brooms,
brushes, ice scrapers, oil funnels, and bicycle racks.
PS (#6) Thermal insulation, thermometers,
light switch plates, vents, desk trays, rulers and license
plate frames, cameras, video cassette casings, foamed
food service trays and egg cartons, plastic moldings,
expandable polystyrene foam protective packaging.
Other (#7) Bottles and plastic lumber
applications.
