The
Building and Zoning Department is responsible for assuring
compliance with the Massachusetts State Building Code
and the Town of Southborough Zoning Regulations.
This
department regulates buildings, structures and the uses
of property in the town. All new construction, alterations,
additions and changes of use are reviewed by this office.
Building/Zoning,
wiring, plumbing and gas permits are issued by the Building
Department.
Requests
for hearings before the Board of Appeals are administered
through the Zoning Department.
